Kurt Warner: Aaron Rodgers has lost confidence in teammates

The struggles of the Green Bay Packers offense are well-documented

This is a team with the 23rd-ranked total offense (334.6 ypg) and the 25th-ranked passing offense (218.9 ypg) in the NFL, nearly unprecedented numbers for a team coached by Mike McCarthy and quarterbacked by Aaron Rodgers

Everyone has a theory about the root cause of the problems the Packers are facing, and NFL Network analyst Kurt Warner has one of his own

Warner, who signed his first NFL contract with the Packers back in 1994, chimed in on Rodgers during NFL GameDay Morning on Sunday before the start of the day's Wild Card round playoff games

“I see a quarterback that’s lost confidence," said Warner. "We see this oftentimes, and sometimes they lose confidence in themselves and what they see and what they’re doing. I don’t believe that’s the case; I believe Aaron Rodgers is still confident in who he is. He’s lost confidence in the guys around him

Warner was recently named a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2016 last week, a category Rodgers will someday likely be in as well
